Would you like to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, but do not know what to do?
All it takes are a few simple but sincere steps by you to give your life to Jesus Christ. God sent His Son so that all may be saved and know Him. That means you can come to know Jesus just as you are today. He is not looking at your clothes, your race, your job or your qualifications. All God is looking at is your heart.

You need first to follow these steps:
Acknowledge you are born a sinner.
  • "...surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." ("Ps 51:5)
  • "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God..." (Rom 3:23)
Believe that Jesus died for you.
  • "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." ("Rom 6:23)
Confess your sins before God.
  • "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and you are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." (Rom 10:9-10)
Decide to follow Jesus.
  • "Therefore I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer up your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will." (Rom 12:1-2)
If you believe in the above scriptures and want Jesus Christ to be the Lord and Saviour of your life, then pray the following prayer. Allow God to heal your broken heart and show you the kind of love that man cannot give. You will feel a sense of inner peace that only God can bring and despite your situation you will have joy.

If you are sincere in your prayer, you are saved and have become a new person in Christ - welcome to the family of God.
